Shipping & returns
Once you have placed your order we will send you an email to confirm your expected delivery date and when it's ready it will be sent through Royal Mail 1st class signed for, unless you have requested alternative postage arrangements. Our jewellery is generally in stock however it can vary if we have been busy selling at events but we will notify you immediately if there is going to be any delay. We do place orders for beads & bangles regularly so turn around for anything not in stock is a maximum of 2 weeks.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
